No, you don't need to manually send your data. We use a fully automated process called the VA Data Service to handle everything from downloading your data to delivering it.

During onboarding, you’ll securely submit your credentials through our Credentials Encryption Platform (CEP). These credentials are encrypted with military-grade security and are never manually handled by us. They are only used at runtime to automate the data collection process. This ensures your data is processed securely and efficiently, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

During onboarding, you’ll receive a link to your own unique directory, where you can access your analytics toolkit at any time. This directory is updated regularly based on the frequency of the plan you purchased. It is delivered to you in a Tableau Packaged Workbook format, which can be opened with the free Tableau Reader application. Additionally, you can access your data through our Weekly Plays email—concise, actionable tasks designed to help you see tangible results quickly.

You can expect your initial data delivery within 3-5 business days after completing the onboarding steps.

Yes, you can change both your payment plan and tier. Monthly plan members can upgrade or downgrade anytime, while yearly plan members can only upgrade tiers until the renewal period.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for monthly payment plan members. Yearly plan members do not pay this fee.

Additionally, a mutual NDA must be signed to protect both parties' data privacy.

Yes. Cancel your plan anytime through your Account Settings. After canceling, your plan will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.

We do not offer refunds for yearly plans due to the significant discount. Monthly plans offer more flexibility, allowing for cancellations and tier changes at any time.

In order to open and "read" and interact with your data, you need to download Tableau Reader- think of it as the software necessary to unzip a file.
